广东大沥凤铝铝业有限公司成立于1990年，是集铝合金型材研发与生产、销售等为一体的综合型、大型民营铝型材企业。拥有南海和三水两个生产基地，占地总面积90万平方米，建筑面积近70万平方米。主要研发和生产建筑类、装饰类、工业类、军工类、航空航天类、特种铝合金型材等产品，大沥凤铝铝材荣获“中国名牌”、“国家免检”称号，被评为“中国铝型材企业十强”。
大沥凤铝铝业是目前中国铝型材行业设备最先进、技术水平最高、产品系列最全的龙头企业之一。年生产能力达20万吨，产品广泛应用于建筑、交通、机械、化工、电子电气、船舶、军工、航空航天等领域。获100项专利，共有1000多个系列40000多个品种。大沥凤铝铝材以优异的性价比成为国际市场上极具竞争力的品牌，远销欧美等80多个国家和地区。
大沥凤铝铝业大量引进美、德、英、意、日等国家最先进的铝型材生产设备与检验检测设备。先后通过了is09001:2000、iso14001:2004、ohsas18001:1999和挪威船级社dnv认证、军工质量体系等认证。荣获“采用国际标准产品标志证书”、“广东省著名商标”、“有色金属产品实物质量金杯奖”等荣誉。2005年被首批授予“中国航天专用铝材”、“中国航天事业合作伙伴”。
大沥凤铝铝业与北京科大、中南大学、北京有色金属研究总院等合作成立了院士工作室、博士后工作站、技术中心和新产品新材料研发中心。并与欧洲门窗幕墙协会以及美国ge通用、惠尔浦、sga公司、gbp公司等世界500强多家企业保持横向联系与紧密合作。确立了以科技创新支持产业发展的战略目标，使“产、学、研、用”迈上了新台阶。
十多年来，大沥凤铝铝业建立了从熔铸、挤压、氧化着色、电泳涂漆、粉末喷涂、氟碳漆喷涂、隔热、抛光染色、无缝管材、深加工等完整的生产体系。产品结构实现了由建筑型材+向工业型材+军工型材+航空航天型材+特种铝合金型材等多领域、综合型转变与跨越；行销与运营模式走上了从自主品牌-省内品牌-国内品牌-国内外知名品牌相结合的新路子。

2004年，大沥凤铝铝材成为“上海f1赛车场唯一指定产品”。
2005年，行业首家正式进入了军工领域。

2007年，国内首家负责主起草、制订国家强制性标准----“铝合金建筑型材能耗等级标准”。
2007年，行业首批被国家标准化委员会评为“aaaa级标准化良好行为企业”。

Established in 1990, Guangdong Fenglu Aluminium Company Ltd is a large–scale, private enterprise in China, who integrates R & D, manufacturing and marketing for aluminium products.  It has two manufacturing bases named Dali and Sanshui in Foshan area, which covers an area of 900,000 square meters with a building area of 700,000. Fenglu mainly research and produce architectural extrusions, decoration extrusions, military extrusions, space and aviation extrusions as well as many fabrications.  Fenglu was awarded as “ China Top Brand”, “Products Exemption from quality surveillance inspection in China”, and was known as  China Top 4 Aluminium Extruder ”.

Fenglu is a leading Aluminium extruder and fabricator in China with advanced equipment and technology, and full range of aluminium products. Our annual production capacity is 200,000 metric tons. We have over 100 patented products, 1000 series and more than 40000 sections. Fenglus products are popular in more than 80 countries and regions in the world with good quality and reasonable prices.

Fenglu owns advanced inspection equipment from America, Germany, Britain, Italy and Japan. It has also passed many attestation of ISO9001:2000, ISO14001:2004, OHSAS18001:1999, DNV of Norway, military industry quality system of China, etc. It’s one of the first companies who got “Products Exemption from quality surveillance inspection in China”, “Adopting international standard products certificate”, “Guangdong famous Trade Mark”, and “the gold cup of Non-ferrous metallic products practicality quality”.  Fenglu was involved in space industry, known as “Special Aluminium for China Space” and “A Cooperative Partner of China Space” in 2005.

An academic workstation, a postdoctoral workstation, technical center, researching and developing center for new products and new materials have been established with cooperation of Beijing Science and Technology University, Central-South University, Beijing Non-ferrous Metals Institute. We also keep transverse contact and close cooperation with Eurowindoor,  GE of America, Whirlpool of America, SGA of America, GBP of UK, etc. It targets at “innovation in science and technology” and has been on the new step in producing, studying, researching and using.

During the past ten years, Fenglu has established an integrated manufacturing system with smelting and casting, extrusion, anodizing, electrophoresis, powder coating, PVDF, thermal break(both nylon inserted and PU poured which is mainly for European and American market), brite dip(polishing), seamless tubes and CNC machining. Its product structure has developed to many fields, not only for architecture but also for multi industries.  Our marketing strategy has changed from self-brand to provincial-brand, then to national brand, and now a famous and top brand home and abroad.

Fenglu plays a very important role in the aluminium extrusion industry in China

2005, Fenglu aluminium is appointed as the only supplier in China for Shanghai F1 circuit.

2005, The first company to step into the military field of aluminium profiles.

2005, The first company to involve in space, known as “Special Aluminium For China Space” and “A Cooperative Partner of China Space”.

2006, Fenglu set up the longest horizontal anodizing production line in China (13.5meters);

2006, Awarded as “Guangdong Province private-owned Science and Technology Enterprise”,

2006, Implemented manufacturing, studying and researching project of Guangdong Province and Education Department ---cooperated with Beijing Science and Technology University to develop good performance, complicated sections.

2006, Fenglu is the first one to register 6043 aluminium alloy, self-researched and developed, environment protective, for “changed aluminium and international brand of aluminium alloy” as the status of “Researched in China” to International Standard Technology Committee, which broke the zero record of this field for China.

2007, In charge of drafting and stipulating for National Compulsive Standard-----“Energy Consuming Grading Standard for Architectural Aluminium Alloy”

2007, Awarded as “AAAA standardized performance enterprise” by National Standardization Committee.

Fenglu is active in national physical educations. Fenglu Basketball Club was set up in the year of 2007.  Fenglu Team-- the first professional man basketball team in Foshan Area, adds new power for China’s basketball association.
